Do My Items Come with a Warranty?
Yes! All of our jewellery comes with a limited 90-day warranty (begins from day of delivery) that covers defects in the material or craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to storage, transportation, or improper use. To initiate warranty services, please send your order info (including order number) and photos of the damaged item to info@theprettypotato.ca during the warranty period.
Are The Magnetic Items Sold in Pairs?
-Yes, all magnetic items are sold in a matching pair.

-The Pretty Potato sources all of our products from suppliers both here in Canada and around the world. With all (unless stated otherwise) items being hand assembled by the Pretty Potato staff locally. Ordering and assembling in small quantities allows us to keep our carbon foot print down while offering exclusivity to you our customer. You'll find product transparency info-graphs on each product breaking down where every component is sourced.
How to Care For Items
-Please always protect your jewelry from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold. Store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti-tarnish strip.
-Do not wear your earrings/saddle ear weights for prolonged periods of time to ensure the integrity of your lobes remains intact. Be sure to clean your earrings/ saddles frequently.
-Keeping your brass items looking there best can be a challenge for those in humid climates. We recommend using the Sunshine Polishing cloths to help remove ay naturally occurring patina.
Alternatively, you can clean your pieces by-
1.Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap. 2. Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the jewelry with the damp cloth until the piece is clean. When cleaning it, rub the item along its polish lines. 3. Make sure you dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth before storing or wearing your jewellery.
Sizing Details
We carry 8mm-40mm saddles and 4-6mm spiral hangers. All of our hangers & spirals are made from brass. These items are confirmed to meet ASTM standards of lead, nickel and cadmium free. (If you’re in need of a metal testing certificate, please email us info@theprettypotato.ca )
