What Countries Do You Ship To?

  • We offer worldwide shipping from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

 Am I Responsible For Taxes & Duties?

  • USA customers, as of August 29 2025 all orders must pay customs and duty fees. these are payable directly to UPS and or Purolator. We are not responsible for any additional charges you may receive. 
  • For all other International customers including the UK, The Pretty Potato does not collect duties and is not responsible for any additional costs you may receive due to duties/import and or tax fees based on your country, province, county or state. 

    (The European Union has a low-value tax threshold where value added tax (VAT) is collected on cross-border orders that are equal to or less than €150 EUR, whereas the United Kingdom has a low-value tax threshold where VAT is collected on cross-border orders that are equal to or less than £135 GBP.)

  •  Low-value goods taxes apply in the following countries:

    • Australia
    • New Zealand
    • Switzerland
    • Norway
    • the European Union
    • the United Kingdom

When Will My Item Ship?

  • Shipping items (Domestic and International) will be processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase. (Monday through Friday) From 9 am MST to 4 pm MST from our warehouse in Edmonton AB Canada. If a delay is to occur you will be notified immediately. We hold no responsibility for delays on items once the courier has picked up for transport.

I Purchased The Wrong Item, Help! 

  • You have 90 minutes to change your order after you have placed it. To make changes to your order, you must contact us with your order number at info@theprettypotato.ca during our business hours. If the order has been dispatched ( you received a shipping confirmation email), we are not able to modify your order.

How Do I Know When My Order Is Shipped?

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email. Please double check your Spam or Junk inbox too just in case. We encourage you to use the official courier tracking site to keep updated with all tracking information.

Why Is My Package Delayed? 

  • Due to an atelier of reasons including weather, staff shortages, holidays and or order volumes, delays are to be expected. If your order is time sensitive, please ensure to upgrade your shipping at check out or send us an email info@theprettypotato.ca if you're needing additional help.
