Refund policy

Due to AHS Health & Safety Standards  we are unable to refund or return the following: All earrings, Magnetic Saddles / Spirals  and hair accessories. These items will be final sale. All other items (including the magnetic design components) can be returned within 30 days of purchase at the customers expense. 

(Exceptions apply if your item is damaged upon arrival and or determined to be a defective item. Please email us info@theprettypotato.ca immediately with our order # to have the item sent back and your purchase reimbursed.)

How do I return my Item(s)?

• Please email us at info@theprettypotato.ca with your order number. Our staff members will help you start the return process.

When can I expect my refund?

• It may take 3-5 business days depending on payment method to process your refund. We will notify you once the refund has been issued through an automated email. 

What to do if the item received was damaged or wrong?

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, send a photo of the damaged item or the wrong item you received, along with your order number to info@theprettypotato.ca After we have verified your claim, our staff will send you a replacement for free.
